Shipping Policy

We work directly with USA-based product suppliers to ship your order. Typically, and depending on item size and weight, your order will ship either FedEx Ground or USPS ground. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and tracking link via email and in your account.

Shipping is $3.99 for orders up to $10.00, $6.99 for orders between $10.01 and $29.99, and free for orders $30.00 and over. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) from 6am to 5pm PDT. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed on Monday, and shipped shortly thereafter.

Shipments should arrive between 5 and 10 business days from the order date.

Expedited shipping is available on some items for an additional charge.


Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 US states. We hope to be able to expand to to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other countries very soon.

Who ships the products to me?
In order to offer the best pricing possible, orders are shipped directly from supplier warehouses around the country. Pond Part Picker does not hold any physical inventory.

How long will shipping take?
Most orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS ground with a delivery estimate of 5-10 business days.

Can I upgrade to faster shipping?
Yes, on many items you can upgrade you shipping to priority for faster delivery.

Can I return my order or get a refund?
Returns are allowed within 30 days. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but in general, are not allowed. See our refund/return policy for more information.
If a product arrives in a defective state, we will work to find a resolution, which most often will involve a replacement item. Many items carry a manufacture warranty. In all cases, shipping charges are non-refundable and Pond Part Picker is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered by a carrier service.
