The Aquascape Color Changing Fountain Light allows the addition of a glowing light ring to the output of a fountain head using low-voltage, highly efficient LED lighting. Water passes through the center of the light ring creating a bubbling glow effect perfect for urn fountains and other low-profile water features.
Color-changing diodes allow for a variety of color combinations as well as a warm, true-white light when desired. In conjunction with the Smart Control Hub (required) and the Smart Control App, you can easily program both the color and schedule of your entire lighting system.
The barbed fitting will attach to 1/2″ or 3/4″ tubing and the quick-connect power cable easily integrates with Aquascape 12-volt Transformers (check out the fountain light kit which includes a 6-watt model) and other quick-connect accessories. Each fixture features a powerful 2.5-watt set of LED diodes equivalent in output to a 10-watt halogen light that will last for up to 40,000 hours and consume 90% less energy than traditional lighting.
The included 6-watt capacity 12-volt transformer is outdoor rated and features a 6ft power cord and durable epoxy-sealed housing for long-lasting use. For larger-capacity LED systems, check out Aquascape’s full line of transformers which are available up to 60-Watts.
